Yesterday I busted my ass. I really need to keep that same energy level up all the way through Saturday night. Then Sunday is a pajama day!

I’m still struck this morning for my absolute gratefulness for cool, clean drinking water. I was drinking a glass before bed (taking my anti-inflammatory meds, too) and the images of the fires in Colorado and Australia came into my head.
